Our baseline Phase I environmental site assessment meets the data collection requirements of ASTM Standard E 1527-05 and typically includes the following elements:

• A detailed site reconnaissance including evaluation of environmental concerns and associated contaminant migration pathways, review of potential impacts from adjoining properties, and evaluation of surface drainage features.
• Preliminary risk assessment to evaluate potential environmental liabilities.
• Development of site history to assess materials usage and potential for environmental degradation.
• Review of applicable local, state and federal government files regarding past activities at the property and neighboring properties.
• A review of available aerial photographs depicting past use of the property and adjacent properties.

 

Implementation of a Phase II Investigation, in conformance with ASTM E1903-97, may include the following elements, dependent on site data made available during a Phase I investigation:

• Soil sampling in suspect areas
• Ground water monitoring well installation
• Ground water sampling and analysis
